Key Card Turnaround Time

The Key Card Factory offers fast turnaround times and rush services. We understand how important it is to receive your key cards in a timely manner so you can proceed with your business as usual. Our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days, but we also offer 5-day, 3-day and 1-day rush services. See the table of our delivery pricing below:

Please note that all of our turnaround times heavily depend on how quickly we receive the approved proof back from the customer. That is why it is very important for our customers to review and respond to their proof as soon after receiving it from our graphics department as possible. It is the Key Card Factory's policy that we will not send any jobs to the press until the customer has approved their job.

Please keep in mind that our turnaround time is separate from your shipping time and this should be considered when placing your order with us. Our delivery and turnaround times are not an absolute guarantee. It is possible that your delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen problems such as inclement weather, delays in shipping service, seasonal delays or equipment failures.

We calculate our turnaround time based on business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed or proofs approved after 2:00 p.m. EST, or during weekends, will be handled on the next business day.
